Recently, the launch ceremony of the first season of the 100-episode light comedy "Happy Farmhouse" (tentative name) "Fuding Family" (tentative name) launched by China Central Radio and Television's "Rural Theater" was held in Baiyang Village, Xiamen She Ethnic Township, Fuding City, Fujian Province, a national beautiful countryside construction demonstration site. The drama is the first self-made drama of the Agricultural and Rural Channel of the Central Radio and Television Station for the 5th anniversary of its establishment. It was produced by the China Agricultural Film and Television Center and co-produced by Fuding Municipal Party Committee, Municipal Government and other units. It is expected that the drama will be broadcast simultaneously on CCTV-17 and CCTV.com at the end of this year.

The play tells the story of a happy family from the north and south, cleverly integrating the comedy elements from the north and south. It was filmed in Yujing Village, Yishan Island, Baiyang Village, Taimu Mountain and other places in Fuding City. It not only shows the characteristic rural industries and cultural customs, but also reflects the new achievements of local rural revitalization, allowing the audience to feel the warmth of home and the transformation of the countryside in laughter. The play is led by national first-class actor Shao Feng, powerful actresses Zhang Haiyan and Zhang Ruixue, and veteran actors Li Yufeng and Han Yueqiao have joined the cast. Their performances are tacit and interesting, and sparks are constantly sparking. I believe it will bring a new viewing experience to the audience.

The filming of the drama took place during the hottest period of the year, the Lesser Heat and Greater Heat. In Fuding, the sun was blazing, the heat was rolling, and the typhoon was coming. In order to complete the filming task of the main station on schedule and to achieve smooth broadcasting before the end of the year, the filming team was not afraid of the local high temperature of more than 40 degrees and the adverse effects of the typhoon, overcame many difficulties, and insisted on working for more than 17 hours a day, interpreting their awe of the profession with practical actions. After nearly two months of hard and intense filming, all the preliminary filming tasks are about to be successfully completed.

Ning Qiwen, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of China Agricultural Film and Television Center, Ye Haowen, Mayor of Fu'an Municipal People's Government, Huang Qihui, Deputy Director of the Propaganda Department of Ningde Municipal Party Committee, Huo Liyun, Director of Ningde Municipal Culture and Tourism Bureau, Song Jinfeng, Director of the New Media Center of China Agricultural Film Center, and Yang Wensheng, Member of the Standing Committee of Fu'an Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the Propaganda Department, attended the launch ceremony.

Project producer and chief director Liu Yanhong fondly recalled the difficult challenges encountered from project preparation to completion of filming, expressed gratitude for the strong support of leaders at all levels in Fu'an, the filming location, and affirmed the creative team's work style of fighting high temperatures and typhoons, sincere cooperation and continuous improvement, and expressed deep respect for the spirit of some actors who insisted on working despite having a cold and a high fever.

Lead actor Shao Feng shared his insights and experiences during the filming process. His humorous words triggered laughter at the scene and added to everyone's deep emotion for the hard work of the creative team.

Ning Qiwen emphasized that cultural revitalization is the root and soul of rural revitalization, and short plays are an important part of rural cultural revitalization. After two years of polishing, the drama finally completed the early stage of filming, and the later stage needs to be well produced, completed and promoted. After the release ceremony, Ning Qiwen and relevant leaders of Fuding City also visited the filming site of Yujing Village.
