Beijing News (Reporter Zhao Min, Correspondent Wang Haijiao, Wang Ning, Yang Pengcheng) Beijing News reporter learned that Beijing railway police participated in the rescue of two passengers who fainted at the station in three consecutive days.
At around 16:00 on August 11, in Chengde, Hebei, the G7814 train stopped at the second platform of Xinglong County West Station. A middle-aged male passenger suddenly fainted on the platform after getting off the train. The incident happened suddenly, and two police officers from the Xinglong County West Station Police Station of the Beijing Railway Public Security Bureau who were on duty at the platform and the station passenger service staff quickly provided assistance. While checking on the fainted passenger, the police promptly called the 120 emergency number.
It was learned that the fainted passenger, Zhao, was 48 years old and suffered from hypertension. The 120 ambulance arrived in time, and after the medical staff examined him, they recommended that Zhao undergo further examination at Xinglong County People's Hospital. After Zhao agreed, the police and station staff worked together to lift Zhao onto the ambulance and send him to the hospital.
At around 23:00 on August 9, a boy fainted at the southeast corner of the east drop-off platform of Beijing Fengtai Station. An enthusiastic passenger saw it and immediately called two police officers from the Fengtai Station Police Station who were on duty nearby. After the police arrived, they learned about the boy's condition and called 120 emergency number. According to the boy's mother, the boy is 8 years old and suffers from epilepsy. They are preparing to take a train back to their hometown in Jiangsu.

The boy's face turned pale and his body was twitching. To prevent him from having difficulty breathing, two police officers evacuated the onlookers and kept the air circulating. Upon hearing the news, the station's passenger service staff also rushed to the scene with medical equipment. After the 120 emergency personnel arrived at the scene, everyone lifted the boy onto the ambulance and sent him to the hospital for treatment. It is reported that the boy is out of danger due to timely rescue.
Beijing Railway Police remind sick passengers to carry essential medicines with them when traveling, and to contact railway staff or police in a timely manner if they feel unwell.
