According to the charges of the Cangxi County People's Procuratorate, the defendant Tian Moufu, from 2004 to 2023, used the convenience of his position and power to seek benefits for others in the contracting of engineering projects and the allocation of funds, and illegally accepted bribes totaling more than RMB 4.64 million from those who made requests, constituting the crime of accepting bribes; he decided to issue a nursing home license and subsidy funds to businessman Liao Mou in violation of regulations, causing a national economic loss of RMB 1.645 million, constituting the crime of abuse of power; after accepting a bribe of RMB 700,000 from Zhao Moumou, he arranged for his brother to keep it for safekeeping, and later arranged for his brother to invest the bribe money in a company project through multiple transfers, constituting the crime of money laundering.

The Cangxi County People's Court accepted all the criminal facts and charges alleged by the prosecution and made the above judgment.
