The project is located west of Shiguang Street, south of Gongnong Road and east of Fuli Lane in Qiaoxi District. The land use nature is urban residential land with an area of ​​approximately 6.28 hectares. It is planned to build 16 residential buildings and public facilities.



The plot ratio is 2.5, the planned number of households is 1,408, the planned population is 4,224, and the green area ratio is 35%. There are 1,463 motor vehicle parking spaces and 3,181 non-motor vehicle parking spaces.Supporting construction include cultural activity rooms, vegetable markets, nursing homes, sports venues, etc.

On August 6, the Shijiazhuang Natural Resources and Planning Bureau also conducted a land compensation project on Block H and Block K in Nanjianliang Urban Village.The design plan will be made public before approval.


Nanjianliang Urban Village Land Acquisition and Compensation Plot (Plot HprojectLocated in the north of Dongjian Road, west of Yuandong Street, and south of Shiqiao South Road in Qiaoxi District, the land is for residential use with an area of ​​about 1.32 hectares. It is planned to build 3 residential buildings,A 9-class kindergarten, public facilities, etc.The planned number of households is 222, with 282 parking spaces for motor vehicles and 499 parking spaces for non-motor vehicles.



Nanjianliang Urban Village Land Acquisition and Compensation Plot (Plot KprojectLocated to the east of Changxing East Street, north of Xinhua Road and south of Sanjian Road in Qiaoxi District, the land is for residential use with an area of ​​approximately 1.57 hectares. It is planned to build 5 residential buildings and public facilities.The planned number of households is 362, with 416 parking spaces for motor vehicles and 845 parking spaces for non-motor vehicles. Cultural activity rooms and nursing homes will also be built.



It is reported that the Beidu urban village and Nanjianliang urban village renovation projects are among the 17 urban village renovation projects in Shijiazhuang this year.
