Report shows: Didi platform has registered more than 4 million new energy vehicles

Recently, Didi released the "2023 Sustainable Development Report" (hereinafter referred to as the "Report"). This is Didi's first sustainable development report.

In terms of safety construction, the report shows that in 2023, Didi used IVR (Interactive Voice Response) outbound calls to remind people to use seat belts about 1.79 billion times, of which about 514 million people used rear-seat seat belts.
In terms of technology-driven, the report shows that Didi has integrated technologies such as artificial intelligence and deep learning into its business scenarios. It has built two scientific research bases and obtained a total of 4,816 authorized patents, including 2,669 invention patents. The elderly taxi service has provided more than 130 million trips for 4.5 million elderly users in 355 cities. The "barrier-free service for guide dog users" covers 139 cities, and more than 2.95 million drivers have completed barrier-free service certification.

In terms of implementing the green and low-carbon strategy, the report shows that by the end of 2023, the platform will have registered more than 4 million new energy vehicles, including 3.5 million pure electric vehicles, and more than 57% of online ride-hailing service mileage will be contributed by electric vehicles.
