The reporter learned from Beijing Economic Development Zone on the 12th that Yizhuang is building the city's largest two-industry integration demonstration park, covering an area of ​​36.4 square kilometers. In the first half of this year, the demonstration park achieved an industrial output value of nearly 300 billion yuan, contributing more than 30% of the city's industrial added value.

The integration of advanced manufacturing and modern service industries is an important way to adapt to the new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation, enhance the core competitiveness of manufacturing, cultivate a modern industrial system, and achieve high-quality development. According to the plan, by 2025, the city will cultivate 10 municipal-level advanced manufacturing and modern service industry integration demonstration parks and 100 municipal-level two-industry integration pilot enterprises.

At the beginning of this year, Beijing Yizhuang Two-Industry Integration Demonstration Park was approved to become the largest two-industry integration demonstration park in the city, covering multiple industrial clusters such as the National Information and Innovation Park, Optoelectronic Integration Base, and Majuqiao Intelligent Manufacturing Base.

"Since the approval, we have actively promoted the construction of the demonstration park and continuously improved the service guarantee capabilities of the park." Yi Yuanjia, deputy director of the Economic Development Zone Management Committee, introduced that Yizhuang has made use of the superposition effect of city and district policies. In terms of funding, municipal fixed asset investment support is provided to eligible common industrial service facility construction projects, inefficient building renovation projects, old factory renovation and supporting infrastructure renovation projects in the demonstration park, with a maximum support of 50 million yuan; in terms of talent, municipal pilot enterprises can be included in the key support scope after comprehensive evaluation; in terms of land use, the innovative implementation of the "elastic capacity expansion" policy, the pilot project realizes the capacity expansion of building scale through the "flexible term + flexible scale" method, and enhances the industry carrying space to achieve industrial renewal and upgrading.

In the first half of the year, the demonstration park achieved remarkable results. The industrial output value of the park reached nearly 300 billion yuan, contributing more than 30% of the city's industrial added value. The operating income of the productive service industry represented by the information service industry and the financial industry reached 95 billion yuan, an increase of 8%. In addition, this year, 7 companies in Yizhuang, including Biopsies, Soft Robotics, and Weimai Medical, were selected as the first batch of municipal-level pilot enterprises for the integration of two industries.

The productive service industry is a supporting service industry directly related to the manufacturing industry, which can promote technological progress, industrial upgrading and improve production efficiency. From the development experience of advanced regions, the industrial structure basically presents the characteristics of "double 70%", that is, the service industry accounts for 70% of GDP, and the productive service industry accounts for 70% of the entire service industry. Last year, the service industry in Yizhuang accounted for about 37% of GDP, and there is still a lot of room for development. Combined with the industrial development foundation and functional positioning, the Economic Development Zone proposed to focus on the development of five major types of productive service industries: information services, scientific and technological services, business services, industrial finance, transportation and logistics.

According to the latest support policies released, the Economic Development Zone will cultivate 20 municipal and district-level two-industry integration pilot enterprises, and provide a one-time support of 500,000 yuan and 300,000 yuan respectively to enterprises that pass the municipal and district pilots, encouraging manufacturing enterprises to establish independent legal entities such as information, technology, and commerce.

A good industrial ecology is an important guarantee for linking upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain and promoting enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency. "We will use the deep manufacturing foundation and rich application scenarios of Beijing Yizhuang to continuously build a complete industrial chain, optimize the business environment, and support enterprises to become bigger and stronger." Yi Yuanjia introduced that the Economic Development Zone will establish online and offline supply and demand docking channels, encourage leading enterprises to publish procurement demand lists; encourage leading enterprises to cooperate with upstream and downstream enterprises in the industrial chain supply chain to achieve common development. Taking the automobile industry as an example, Beijing Benz and Xiaomi Automobile currently have 178 suppliers in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The Economic Development Zone is promoting the "supplementation, strengthening and extension" of the automobile industry by giving play to the role of chain-leading enterprises, further improving the ecology of the automobile industry, and promoting the sharing of development opportunities by enterprises in the entire industrial chain, including R&D, design, vehicle manufacturing, parts production and sales.
