So far, the three places have achieved "one card for handling" 22 human resources and social security services, "one card for settlement" for 64,000 medical institutions, "one card for riding" for 3,909 transportation routes, "one card for traveling" for 193 tourist attractions, "one card for browsing" for 23 museums, and "one card for reading" for 171 libraries.
"On February 22 this year, the Capital Library took the lead in opening the social security card borrowing and returning book function in the Beijing City Library. Subsequently, the Capital Library main library and the Daxing Airport branch simultaneously opened the social security card borrowing and returning book function. According to statistics, as of now, the number of readers and citizens in the three places who have used social security cards to borrow and return books has reached more than 5,000 person-times." Li Nianzu, deputy director of the Capital Library, introduced that among the readers of the Beijing City Library, readers from the Tianjin and Hebei regions account for one-third. At the same time, the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Joint Office plays a platform role, promotes the human resources and social security departments of the three places to set up a special working group on human resources and social security coordination, and establishes mechanisms such as joint consultation and construction, joint meetings, information sharing, and collaborative research to ensure that key tasks are implemented. Strengthen cross-departmental coordination and linkage, closely coordinate with the "one-card" application departments such as culture and tourism, cultural relics, medical insurance, gardens, and transportation, strengthen consultation and judgment, and form an effective working force. In addition, the human resources and social security departments of the three places focus on legal protection and actively cooperate with the people's congress departments to do a good job in the coordinated legislation of the "one-card" for social security card residents in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
