On August 1, 2024, Aikang received the "Decision on Termination of Listing of Zhejiang Aikang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd." issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange decided to terminate the listing of the company's shares. The delisting date is announced: August 12, 2024.
The daily closing price of the company's stock through the Shenzhen Stock Exchange trading system was less than 1 yuan for 20 consecutive trading days from May 21, 2024 to June 18, 2024. According to the provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules (Revised in 2024)", the company's stock was delisted by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange due to the transaction-related mandatory delisting situation. It will not enter the delisting settlement period. The company's stock will be delisted within 15 trading days after the Shenzhen Stock Exchange makes the delisting decision.
After the company's shares are delisted, they will be transferred to the delisting board for transfer. The company has signed a "Stock Transfer Entrustment Agreement" with Xiangcai Securities Co., Ltd., appointing it as the lead underwriter, entrusting it to provide share transfer services, and authorizing it to handle the stock exchange market registration and settlement system's share withdrawal registration, share reconfirmation, and delisting board share registration and settlement and other related matters.
The delisting of Aikon was not accidental, but was foreseeable from a series of previous events.
In July, Zhejiang Aikang New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), a subsidiary of which is Zhejiang Aikang Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., underwent bankruptcy reorganization; some fixed assets of Ganzhou Aikang Optoelectronics were auctioned with a starting price of 550 million yuan; the company's stock was directly delisted due to its par value being less than 1 yuan for several consecutive trading days.
