100% filmed in Chongqing, Chongqing people act out their own stories
Chongqing has always been famous for its beautiful scenery of mountains, rivers, buildings and bridges, intricate transportation and high and low architectural styles. This magical and magical urban landscape provides rich visual elements and narrative backgrounds for movies, making Chongqing a "natural film studio" for film and television shooting. "Hot Pot Heroes", "Passing by Your World", "The Captain", "Better Days"... In the works of different directors, Chongqing shows different temperaments, which can be modern and fashionable, or full of market flavor.
This is the first time that director Jiang Jiachen has come to Chongqing to shoot a film or TV work. What kind of Chongqing people and Chongqing city does he want to present? "When I first came into contact with this project three years ago, I was moved by this passionate story. I shot this movie with a sense of mission." Jiang Jiachen said that what he wanted to present was the frankness and generosity of Chongqing people, and the passionate attitude towards life under their relaxed and comfortable personalities.
"This is not a movie, this is a true story that really happened in Chongqing." As the movie begins, the special thing about the movie "Collision" is that the whole story is adapted from the real events of the Chongqing Dock Workers Rugby Team. The real prototypes in the movie come from people of different ages and professions. They came here because of a "heroic invitation" from Liu Yonggan (played by Li Jiuxiao), a takeaway boy known as "Chaotianmen Bolt", and formed a rugby team called "Dock Workers". They worked hard together to win the "Eternal Bowl" championship.

When the realistic perspective meets the real story, "Clash" paints grassroots characters on the big screen with a unique brushstroke, narrates ordinary life in a humorous tone, and makes the unyielding spirit of Chongqing shine with new brilliance in the movie.
"The unity and fighting spirit of the dock workers team presented in the film, and the brotherhood of mutual protection on the field and in life, are consistent with the optimistic, positive, united and enterprising spirit of Chongqing." Screenwriter Wu Tao revealed that after learning about such a hardworking team in Chongqing in a magazine in 2018, he immediately came to Chongqing to find the prototype of the story, learn more details, and then began to polish the script of the film. Wu Tao said that as the lines in the film "Chongqing people are strong, can endure hardships, can stand up, and never admit defeat" express, this is a work that must take place in Chongqing and must be filmed in Chongqing.
It is worth mentioning that the entire film is performed in Chongqing dialect. Li Jiuxiao, Yang Haoyu and others are also from Chongqing. The innovative, daring and inspiring character traits of Chongqing people are more realistic and immersive under the interpretation of a group of actors.

The original characters appeared and talked about their experience watching the movie
At the premiere, the main creators shared their experience of filming in Chongqing. When talking about their understanding of the word "collision", the main creators all expressed the same meaning, that is, even if you encounter setbacks, you can rush over and knock over the obstacles in your way.
At the premiere, several prototype characters of the story also made a surprise appearance and talked about their experience watching the movie, which drew continuous applause from the audience. Liu Yuanfeng, also known as "Liu Yonggan" in the movie, founded the team in 2012 with his passion and enthusiasm and began to recruit members. Liu Yuanfeng said that he had "goose bumps" many times while watching the movie, and recalled the past struggles and hard work together, and he was still excited.
"I can see myself in every character in the movie, and I am moved that my story and that of my brothers can be shown on the big screen." Team member Zeng Xi also brought a helmet he had used before, which still retained traces of the collision.
Ma Jiren, producer and chief editor of the program "Night Talk in Fog City", also came to the scene. Ma Jiren said that in the past, "Night Talk in Fog City" was a story played by Chongqing people themselves. Now there is a movie that can tell the Chongqing story in its original flavor. He feels very happy and looks forward to more filmmakers coming to Chongqing, filming Chongqing, and telling Chongqing humanities stories in the future.
