Zhou Xuesheng, director and editor-in-chief of the Ministry of Public Security's News and Media Center, said that the 1,000-episode plan for short short dramas is a key project launched by the Ministry of Public Security's News and Media Center and its partner, Yunsheng Pictures, in the form of short dramas and micro short dramas, combined with real public security figures and cases, and put on major film and television platforms. With the strong support of all parties, the creative team of "Mobile Group" went deep into the front line of the public security team to directly experience the working and living conditions of the public security police, deeply excavated the stories of fresh events, carefully considered the details of the stories, and accurately portrayed the characters, striving to create a play that can show the extraordinary achievements of the "Mobile Group", establish the image of the public security police, strongly deter criminals, and enhance the people's concept of the rule of law.
Li Xin, director of the Propaganda and Planning Division of the Network Audiovisual Program Management Department of the State Administration of Radio and Television, said that the State Administration of Radio, Film and Television is about to launch the "Learn the Law with Micro-Short Dramas" creation plan, and congratulated the launch of the 1,000-episode plan for police micro-short dramas.

The short drama "Mobile Team" is the first IP of the Thousand Episodes of Public Security Short Dramas Project. The drama is centered on the mobile team of the Chengdu Criminal Investigation Detachment, depicting the spirit of new and old criminal police officers abiding by their duties and selfless dedication. In the new era and new environment, they use new technologies and new ideas to unswervingly practice the oath of Chinese criminal police.
Li Xiaojun, Deputy Minister of the Publicity Department of the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Director of the Sichuan Provincial Radio and Television Bureau, said in his speech that the Sichuan Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government attach great importance to the development of the film and television industry, and have put forward the decision-making and deployment of "Revitalizing Sichuan Film and Television", and issued the "Sichuan Provincial Measures for Supporting Major Art Projects and Rewarding Excellent Works". The provincial government invests 300 million yuan annually to support major art projects and reward excellent works. Excellent film and television works may receive up to 20 million yuan in support funds and 12 million yuan in reward funds. The 1,000-episode plan for police short dramas has been settled in Sichuan, which will provide a demonstration sample for the creation of police criminal investigation-themed film and television dramas in Sichuan Province, further stimulate the vitality of Sichuan film and television development, and promote the creation of police-themed film and television dramas in a more refined and professional direction.
Wang Ying, general manager of Yunsheng Pictures (Beijing) Co., Ltd., believes that short short dramas, as a new form of film and television, are increasingly recognized and loved by audiences for their diverse content, compact rhythm, and attractive plots. At the same time, he hopes to achieve a big blueprint through a small incision of the "Thousand Episodes Plan", and to contribute rich creative materials and market-tested IP content to future medium-length dramas, long dramas, and big movies by continuously incubating high-quality original IPs.
