In recent days, the construction of Zhangye (Danxia) JD 5G Zero-Carbon Smart Logistics Industrial Park project is in full swing. The construction site with cranes everywhere, construction vehicles shuttling back and forth, and the tense and orderly construction team have played the strongest note of "working hard and fast". The implementation of this project is another fruitful result of Linze County's efforts to attract large and strong enterprises.
The Zhangye (Danxia) JD 5G Zero-Carbon Smart Logistics Industrial Park project is adjacent to the G312 line and the G30 Expressway, and is about 4 kilometers away from the Zhangye Danxia General Airport. The project has a total construction area of 186,000 square meters and a total investment of 778 million yuan. As an important support point for JD Group's layout of "one core and two wings" in Gansu (one core refers to JD Logistics "Asia No. 1" Lanzhou Smart Industrial Park, and the two wings refer to Xifeng in Qingyang, Hedong, and Linze in Zhangye, Hexi), Zhangye (Danxia) JD 5G Zero-Carbon Smart Logistics Industrial Park is built according to the "1+2+8" overall framework of 1 5G smart zero-carbon park, 2 sets of digital application platforms, and 8 major business sectors. It has also been awarded the JD Logistics (Danxia) Supply Chain Industrial Base, JD Technology Biological Assets Digital Service Base, and JD Farm Linze Jujube Traceability and Standardized Planting Base. By building a multi-level logistics system covering the entire province and radiating to the northwest, it will focus on making Linze County a core logistics hub in the Hexi area.

Why is Linze chosen as an important node in JD Group's "one core and two wings" layout in Gansu? What are the advantages of Linze? Luo Baozhu, general manager of public business and head of rural revitalization of JD Logistics Group, said that Linze has obvious location advantages, beautiful ecological environment, and a good agricultural foundation. Linze jujube and other agricultural products are of excellent quality and have a long-standing reputation. The solid industrial foundation is highly consistent with the group's development layout, and the unique advantages have built a broad platform for project cooperation.
Last year, Linze County seized the opportunity of JD Group's launch of the "Top 100 Counties Cooperation" plan and the "Dual Carbon" strategy, and implemented the "attracting large, strong and leading enterprises" action in depth. The county's main leaders visited JD Group for many times to conduct docking consultations, jointly explore the direction of cooperative development, and actively invited JD Group to Linze for research and investigation to discuss the path of cooperative development. After the consensus on cooperation was reached, Linze County accelerated the planning and promotion of the project. In January this year, it was invited to join JD Group's "Top 100 Counties"; in February, a project docking meeting was held to discuss the "one core and two wings" node layout with JD Group; in April, Feng Quanpu, vice president of JD Group, held a discussion with the main leaders of the municipal party committee and signed the "Strategic Framework Cooperation Agreement"; in May, the project was approved for implementation.
"The Zhangye (Danxia) JD 5G Zero-Carbon Smart Industrial Park project is being built in the former Zhangye Danxia Highway Port Logistics Park. In 2021, the county party committee and county government made a logistics park project plan at the project construction site, and listed the project construction land for transfer to the county-owned state-owned enterprise Tongda Company. At the same time, it actively completed all the preliminary procedures for the project and realized the project's 'signing and start of construction'." Zhang Guotao, general manager of the project builder, Linze County Tongda Highway Engineering Co., Ltd., introduced.
In order to promote the early completion and commissioning of the project, the county regards the Zhangye (Danxia) JD 5G Zero-Carbon Smart Logistics Industrial Park project as the "highlight" of the current project construction, and everything revolves around the project and everything is focused on the project. The county government has held several project construction promotion meetings to arrange and deploy key project tasks, and strictly implemented project promotion mechanisms such as leadership package liaison, special team promotion, and specialist service, as well as weekly consultation mechanisms, coordinated the forces of all parties, and comprehensively solved the bottleneck problems of project progress. Comprehensively use methods such as acceptance with missing documents and assistance and agency to establish a "one-stop" full life cycle service from project approval to completion and production, providing strong support for the rapid implementation, start-up, and production of the project.
It is understood that the project is divided into two phases. The first phase mainly builds JD Logistics transit warehouse, unified warehouse and distribution center, auto repair and auto parts center, logistics distribution center and other sections, which are planned to be completed and put into use by the end of August; the second phase mainly builds supporting facilities such as "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" service center, cold storage and cold chain center, central kitchen and comprehensive office building, which are expected to be completed by the end of next year. After the completion of the project, sales revenue and tax revenue will be retained in Linze. It is expected that the output value will reach about 500 million yuan in the next three years, driving more than 100 small, medium and micro enterprises and cooperatives, solving the employment of about 1,000 people, and achieving the goal of complementary advantages, resource sharing, and win-win cooperation.
"After the first phase of the logistics transit warehouse is completed and put into use, JD Logistics can directly concentrate all the express logistics in Hexi to the Linze warehouse after completing the sorting at the Asia No. 1 warehouse in Lanzhou. Through the Linze warehouse, it can radiate to Wuwei and Jinchang in the east, and to Jiuquan, Jiayuguan and other places in the west for distribution, thus realizing the centralized transmission and transfer of logistics in the Hexi area. This will surely provide strong support for accelerating the construction of an industrial development pattern of 'small county town and big logistics'." Zhang Guotao said.

In the future, Linze County will rely on the "JD Logistics (Danxia) Supply Chain Industrial Base", "JD Technology Biological Assets Digital Service Base" and "JD Farm Linze Jujube Traceability and Standardized Planting Base" awarded by JD Group, and with the help of JD's ecosystem, combined with agricultural product planting, processing, circulation planning and consumer market demand, multiple parties will work together to build Zhangye (Danxia) JD 5G Zero-Carbon Intelligent Logistics Industrial Park into a national green zero-carbon modern logistics park, a national modern agricultural full industrial chain standardization demonstration base, a national cold chain backbone logistics base, and a comprehensive service center for the supply and price stability and emergency reserve base of Northwest agricultural products, continuously promote rural revitalization and industrial upgrading, and accelerate the promotion of high-quality development.
