Three years ago, Lianyu Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lianyu Electronics) settled in Yunyang, Chongqing. This company, whose main products are mobile charging equipment, has gradually grown into an enterprise above designated size. Not long ago, Lianyu Electronics decided to move its headquarters and plastic, hardware, R&D and other factories from the coast to Yunyang in a few years. After the relocation, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 500 million yuan and provide employment for more than 1,200 people.

In 2021, Lianyu Electronics settled in Qinglong Street, Yunyang County. According to the arrangement of the Street Party Working Committee, Xia Yinqiong, director of the Qinglong Street People's Congress Working Committee, has been involved in coordinating the implementation of the project, providing front-line services such as site selection, housing rental, and recruitment, and promoting the coordinated resolution of related issues.
What impressed Lu Guangbing was that the first problem faced by the company after it was located was the difficulty in recruiting workers. "At that time, many people from Yunyang went out to work, and many young people left after the Chinese New Year, so it was difficult to recruit local workers, and it was even more difficult to recruit suitable ones."
To this end, Xia Yinqiong and some county people's congress representatives formed a service team, using their familiarity with the people and the place to help companies recruit. They acted as propagandists and rushed to the recruitment site to explain job requirements, work processes, and salary packages to job seekers, improving the accuracy of job matching. In just over three months, six on-site job fairs were held, securing more than 200 jobs for the company.
In October of the same year, Lianyu Electronics officially went into production. The company produces mobile phone chargers and Bluetooth headsets, etc., and mainly exports them. Many procedures need to be handled locally, so Lianyu Electronics still found the Street People's Congress Working Committee. "From the beginning of focusing on the company's landing to entering daily operations to solve problems for the company, we have played the advantages of the People's Congress and let the company feel a good atmosphere." Xia Yinqiong said.
When faced with problems such as building a freight elevator, handling customs formalities for product export, and clearing fire escape passages, the first thing that enterprises think of is to seek coordination with the Street People's Congress Working Committee. The latter always tries its best to find solutions for the enterprises until the problems are effectively solved.
In October 2022, Lianyu Electronics was successfully upgraded to a large-scale enterprise, and its products were exported to the United States and Southeast Asia. In May last year, the local government relied on Lianyu Electronics to "attract investment through business" and attracted the industrial chain enterprise Yiheng Wire to settle in Yunyang. Now, the annual export volume of the two companies will reach 150 million yuan.

According to the principle of voluntary representatives and similar positions, city and county people's congress representatives and street deliberation representatives were invited to move in to help the development of enterprises.
On June 5, the "Core Linking Heart" representative studio of the Qinglong Street Working Committee of the Yunyang County People's Congress Standing Committee was officially established in Lianyu Electronics, focusing on serving related enterprises in the industrial chain. The first batch of people to move in included 8 city and county people's congress representatives and 5 street deliberation representatives.
In order to better help enterprises solve problems, on the day of the listing, the representatives of the representative studio conducted a research and discussion with the heads of the resident service units and functional departments of 5 relevant departments. In response to the problems raised by enterprises around road gates, electricity fees, customs declarations, etc., the relevant departments responded one by one according to their responsibilities and promised to come up with solutions and implement them as soon as possible.
The listing is "office", which makes the enterprises in the industrial chain feel the "fresh breeze". The person in charge of the Representative Working Committee of the Yunyang County People's Congress Standing Committee believes that setting up representative stations in enterprises to serve key industrial chains is aimed at reflecting the responsibility of the People's Congress to promote the development of enterprises and the growth of industries, which is conducive to enhancing the long-term stability of the People's Congress in implementing the "three services" and is a beneficial exploration.
"The conditions for reducing costs in Yunyang County may not be the best in Chongqing, but the business environment here is very good.
