In order to further deepen the work of changing customs and habits and vigorously cultivate "civilized rural customs, good family traditions, and simple folk customs", on August 8, the 2024 new-style entrance ceremony in Luozhuang District, Linyi City was held at the New Era Civilization Practice Station in Xingfu Town, Fuzhuang Street.
22 prospective college students from various towns and streets in Luozhuang District, Linyi City, received the baptism of excellent traditional culture, Yimeng spirit, new era civilization and new style, and received sincere blessings from their senior classmates, seniors and people from their hometown. They are about to embark on a new journey in life with full "harvest".
In his speech, Luozhuang District Committee Member of Linyi City, Minister of the Propaganda Department, and Secretary of the District Committee's Education Working Committee appealed to the students and the entire district, hoping that the students would keep their original aspirations, not forget their dreams, study hard, be innovative, unite and cooperate, make progress together, remember to be grateful, give back to society, spread love, and use what they have learned and can do to make positive contributions to society; he hoped that all sectors of Luozhuang District would actively carry forward the traditional virtues of diligence and thrift of the Chinese nation, advocate replacing the "graduation banquet" with a new type of graduation ceremony, express blessings and gratitude in a simple, frugal and civilized manner, and make civilized work a conscious thought and action; he encouraged towns and villages that meet the conditions to hold new-style graduation ceremonies according to local conditions, guide the students to serve the motherland and repay their teachers by striving to become talents, and create a good style of "being civilized and setting a new trend" throughout the district.
It is understood that the first entrance ceremony of Xingfu Town was held in 2019, and it has been held for 6 consecutive years. At the event, Zhang Guangtao, secretary of the Party branch and deputy director of Xingfu Town Community, shared the successful experience of the community in recent years, which has rapidly developed from an integrated community in the urban-rural fringe to a model community in the city, the province, and the country. After the college entrance examination, Yuan Meng, a 2021 graduate of Linyi No. 18 Middle School and a college student majoring in English teaching at Southwest University, joined the Luozhuang District's "Red Heritage, Strengthening the Country, I Am the One" Yimeng Spirit Youth Student Propaganda Team.
