Richard Yu, Huawei's executive director, chairman of the Device BG, and chairman of the Intelligent Automotive Solutions BU, recently officially announced that all models of the Askjie series will be upgraded to Huawei's ADS 3.0 intelligent driving from September. It is reported that the ADS 3.0 version will be the first to apply end-to-end human-like intelligent driving. After the new upgrade of ADS 3.0, the Askjie series will also usher in a smarter and more efficient intelligent driving experience.

Since the beginning of this year, Huawei and SERES have each carried out activities to promote intelligent driving, in order to promote the development and popularization of intelligent driving technology. Among them, SERES has held 22 sessions of the "Ask the World Intelligent Driving Experience Event", each of which invites internal employees to conduct a one-week intelligent driving experience in a real car-using scenario from a user's perspective, and forms a normalized experience feedback mechanism to continuously optimize intelligent driving capabilities. At present, the total mileage of the event has exceeded 750,000 kilometers, with intelligent driving accounting for 79.6%, providing valuable data support and user experience feedback for the continuous optimization and iteration of intelligent driving functions.

In terms of intelligent parking, the fusion perception system carried by the Wenjie consists of laser radar, camera vision, ultrasonic radar and millimeter wave radar, which can realize accurate and stable intelligent parking in complex scenes, and supports memory valet parking, remote control parking and other functions. It is reported that the parking capability of the ADS 3.0 version will be upgraded again, supporting parking space to parking space intelligent driving, obstacle removal and parking, remote one-key parking and exit and other functions. The parking valet driving has also been officially put into commercial use, which has once again empowered the intelligent driving performance of the Wenjie series.

In terms of highway NCA, new users' trust in highway NCA exceeds 80%. This is due to the fact that the Wenjie models have stronger intelligent driving capabilities when driving at high speeds. The vehicles can achieve smooth and natural lane changes, overtaking and other operations on the highway, while maintaining accurate perception and timely response to the surrounding environment.

It is worth noting that with the support of a powerful intelligent driving system, most new users do not completely rely on intelligent driving. According to the statistics of the 22nd Wenjie Intelligent Driving Experience Activity, 100% of new users believe that "human-machine co-driving" is a safer choice. "In the traditional driving mode, the driver needs to stay highly focused at all times. Faced with a complex and changing traffic environment, even experienced drivers can hardly guarantee foolproofness. "Human driving + intelligent driving" achieves efficient allocation and seamless connection of driving tasks, using the perception and decision-making capabilities of the intelligent driving system and the driver's timely takeover in an emergency, thereby greatly improving driving safety." A new user commented after experiencing the activity.

It has to be said that intelligent driving has become the new normal for travel. It is understood that as of August this year, the total mileage of Huawei's intelligent driving has reached 460 million kilometers, and the Questioning series has contributed most of the intelligent driving mileage. In the future, SERES will continue to deepen cooperation with Huawei to jointly promote the development and application of intelligent driving technology, so that more users can understand and experience intelligent driving, and jointly promote the leapfrog development of intelligent driving technology.
