Reuters quoted Palestinian medical staff as saying that the Israeli army launched an air strike on the Burayja refugee camp in central Gaza Strip that day, killing at least 15 people, and an attack on the nearby Nusayret refugee camp killed four people. Palestinian medical staff said that the Israeli army also bombed a house in the center of Gaza City in the northern Gaza Strip that day, killing five Palestinians; the attack on the southern Gaza city of Khan Yunis also left one person dead and many injured.
