It is based on the comprehensive information resource library of the Shenzhen Veterans Affairs Bureau and comprehensively integrates various enterprises and institutions to provide retired military personnel with all-round and life-cycle exclusive services.

The Pengcheng Veterans APP focuses on gathering government and social service resources, integrating online and offline service channels, and provides 3 major themes, 12 sections, and 94 types of services, enabling users to "view", "check", and "handle".

Through the Pengcheng Veterans APP, you can view the city’s news, notices, announcements, cloud-based micro-videos, etc. related to veterans; you can check the public policies and regulations in various fields for veterans, service stations across the city, instructions for common services, etc.; you can handle "Veterans One-Stop Zone" matters, including four major categories: registration, education and training, financial assistance, and personal services, a total of 62 government service items.

In addition, Shenzhen's electronic preferential card relies on the "Pengcheng Veteran" APP. After the service recipients who have applied for the physical preferential card log in to the APP, they can automatically generate an electronic preferential card through dual authentication of facial recognition and resident ID card.
