Based on the strategic cooperation in previous R&D projects, Qingdao Kaito Group Jieneng Steam Turbine Company and Xi'an Jiaotong University continued to deepen the content of industry-university-research cooperation. Recently, the two parties jointly organized a professional training course on steam turbines.
Qingdao Kaito Group Jieneng Steam Turbine Company attaches great importance to this training. The main purpose is to improve the steam turbine professional ability of new college graduates as soon as possible, improve the skills of existing technical and marketing personnel, and promote the optimization and improvement of the technical team structure. Relevant departments communicated with Xi'an Jiaotong University to discuss various training matters. In combination with the actual situation of the enterprise, five courses such as steam turbine principles were selected. Xi'an Jiaotong University selected top experts and professors to organize more than 30 new college graduates and some technical and marketing personnel for a one-month training. Through lectures by experts from Xi'an Jiaotong University, interactive exchanges, and on-site production training, the learning effect is ensured.
At the opening ceremony, Wu Jingquan, deputy secretary of the Party Committee of Qingdao Kaitou Group Jieneng Steam Turbine Company, and Hu Jianguo, chief engineer, mobilized the participants based on the company's development history, emphasized the importance, purpose and significance of this training course, and hoped that the participants would cherish the rare learning opportunity, study hard, consolidate their professional knowledge, and accelerate the improvement of their own abilities and qualities.
