Yangzi Evening News reported on August 6 (reporter Xu Yuanyuan) On August 5, the Cyberspace Administration of China announced the seventh batch of domestic deep synthesis service algorithm registration information, and the T3 Travel Lingxing Qianmo big model generation synthesis algorithm successfully passed the registration. This is not only an authoritative recognition of the compliance and security of the Lingxing Qianmo big model, but also marks that it has made key progress in expanding its application scenarios.
It is understood that in November 2023, T3 Travel joined hands with China Telecom to jointly create the first large-scale ecological model in the domestic travel industry-the Lingxing Qianmo large-scale model, which can be deeply applied in three scenarios: driver and passenger service, intelligent dispatching, and travel guarantee, making customer service more efficient, drivers accepting orders faster, and safety guarantees more intelligent.
Taking driver and passenger services as an example, with the help of the Lingxing Qianmo big model, it is estimated that the efficiency of T3 travel's manual customer service processing can be improved by more than 10%, which can save more than 500 hours of work time per day for customer service, free up 50 people per day, and free up manual customer service from basic replies, allowing them to focus on higher quality services.
