Beijing Oriental Medical Gas Co., Ltd., which signed the contract this time, is a comprehensive enterprise specializing in the production and operation of medical gases. The total investment of the project is 120 million yuan. After completion, it will supply medical gases to more than 1,100 medical institutions and ensure the supply of medical oxygen for hundreds of thousands of households. The reporter learned that the effective activation of the collective stock of construction land and the expansion of the medical and health use of collective industrial land in Xianxian Town have important demonstration significance for the deepening of rural land system reform in the sub-center. In March 2023, Tongzhou District was included in the national pilot area for the entry of collective commercial construction land into the market. Based on the development positioning of "Cultural and Healthy Town" and the construction plan of Beijing's sub-center, Xianxian Town innovated the collective asset management model and established Beijing Xingxian Yumin Operation Management Co., Ltd. Through the land joint venture company, it coordinates the planning, market operation, development and construction, operation management and income distribution of collective industrial land.
The shareholders of the joint venture company of Xianxian Town are composed of 60 village economic cooperatives in the town. Each village quantifies its equity in the joint venture company by the number of personnel in its economic organization. The income generated by the joint venture company is distributed to each village according to its shareholding ratio after coordinating the operating income of the year and the funding needs for future development. At present, the town joint venture company coordinates the development and utilization of about 900 mu of collective construction land in the town.
