The first training class had a total of 26 trainees for 10 days. The training content was mainly divided into theoretical training and practical operation training. During the training, the trainees mainly practiced and deeply learned the essence of mutton soup making. After participating in the training and passing the assessment, the Shanxian Mutton Soup Production Training Base will issue a special professional ability certificate for "Shanxian Mutton Soup Production". After the training, you can enter the leading Shanxian Mutton Soup enterprise for internship. After the internship, you can work as a soup chef in a mutton soup restaurant, or you can start your own business - open a restaurant featuring mutton soup.
Wang Chao emphasized that the Shanxian Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will actively coordinate with all relevant units, increase support for work, continue to expand the scale of enrollment, strictly manage training, and focus on the quality of student training, focusing on improving the professional quality and service level of skilled personnel in mutton soup production, and continuously expanding the influence of the Shanxian mutton soup production training base. At the same time, we will strengthen support for entrepreneurship, actively implement various support policies such as entrepreneurship guarantee loans and one-time entrepreneurship subsidies, innovate the "mutton soup training + employment and entrepreneurship support" service mechanism, and guide more training groups to achieve an efficient transformation from skill training to employment and entrepreneurship.
