"Hello, Cambodia" was jointly produced by China's Guangxi Radio and Television and Cambodia National Television. In July this year, a group of 13 young reporters from primary and secondary schools in Guangxi went to Phnom Penh and Siem Reap to conduct research and study. The young people of China and Cambodia promoted mutual learning, mutual understanding and friendship through a variety of exchange activities. The film presents the excellent traditional culture and diversity of cultural exchanges between the two countries from the perspective of children.

A relevant person in charge of the External Promotion Bureau of the State Council Information Office of China said that with the increasingly close China-Cambodia relations, the pragmatic cooperation between the mainstream media of the two countries has been accelerated. By jointly launching the "China Theater" and "China Animation" columns, jointly shooting documentaries, and holding cultural exchange promotion activities, the mutual understanding and trust between the two peoples have been enhanced, playing an important role in serving the development of bilateral relations.

In his speech, Cambodian Minister of Information Naipadra pointed out that "Hello, Cambodia" shows the unique history and culture of Cambodia, a country full of smiles, from the perspective of young people from both countries, and expresses the beautiful vision and wishes of the young generation for consolidating and inheriting the friendship between the two countries. It is hoped that the launch of the film will further enrich and deepen the connotation of cultural exchanges between the two countries and promote the construction of a community with a shared future for Cambodia and China in the new era.

"Hello, Cambodia" will be broadcast on the International Channel and News Channel of Guangxi Radio and Television Station in China, the main channel of Cambodia National Television, and the new media platforms of the two stations.

"The study tours carried out by the young journalists group in Cambodia will help more Chinese friends know and understand Cambodia, and promote closer exchanges between the peoples of Cambodia and China," said Kim Utti, director of Cambodia National Television. (End)
