Pedro Roldan MolinaPedro Roldan Molina is a well-known Spanish contemporary artist, born in Rute (Cordoba) on October 27, 1954. He is a contemporary of Algis Grishkevicius, Raymond Brosseau, Russell Levine and Pavel Korrus.

Roldán Molina studied painting at an early age and won the National Children's Painting Award at the age of 8. In Barcelona, he continued his studies and began his artistic career, influenced by modernism and impressionism, especially the Catalan figurative artist González Carbonell.

Roldan Molina's creative inspiration mainly comes from the 1970s. His works are known for their brilliance and unique use of colors. The composition is full of decorativeness, creating a dreamlike picture. Roldan Molina's paintings depict a world full of fairy tale atmosphere. His delicate brushstrokes and warm colors make people feel as if they are in a dreamlike environment.

His painting style combines elements of modernism and impressionism to form his own unique artistic language, using colors to render the world in his eyes and construct a dreamlike atmosphere. His works often show dotted sensual brushstrokes and a strong control between reality and self-emotion, making the Spanish style in his paintings unique.

Some say he performs magic with colors, that his paintings are like something extracted from a dream, that his brushstrokes color the entire atmosphere, project all the colors, become poetry in the painting... Others say he lives in a different world, that he sees things differently. Today, he lives in Granada.

He has won many painting awards, including the National Children's Award (1963), the first prize in Cornella, the first prize in Figueres, the Santa Coloma de Gomanet Award, the Special Prize in the Tossa de Mar International Painting Competition, the Bco Painting Award in Vizcay, the First Painting Award in the City of Suria, the First Painting Award in Club Náutico Cambrils and the Sant Joan de les Abades Painting Award, which enabled him to continue to improve and become a well-known artist in the world art field.
