She was appointed as member of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Minister of the United Front Work Department in November 2006, member of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission in August 2015, member of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in January 2016, and Chairman of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, member of the Standing Committee of the Hunan Provincial Party Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, and Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference on January 28, 2016.

After research and approval by the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and reported to the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, it was decided to expel Wang Yong from the party; the National Supervisory Commission will expel him from public office; terminate his qualifications as a delegate to the 10th Party Congress of the Tibet Autonomous Region; confiscate his illegal gains; and transfer his suspected criminal case to the procuratorate for review and prosecution in accordance with the law, and the relevant property will be transferred together.

According to his public resume, Wang Yong, male, Han nationality, was born in March 1971 in Luzhou, Sichuan. He joined the Communist Party of China in October 1994 and started working in July 1991. He has a postgraduate degree and a doctorate in economics. Since April 2021, he has served as a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the People's Government of the Tibet Autonomous Region until he was investigated.

Su Zengteng was expelled from the party

Public information shows that Su Zengteng was born in March 1954 in Yongding County, Fujian. In May 2005, Su Zengteng served as a member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Governor of the Fujian Provincial Government, and concurrently served as Deputy Secretary of the Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor from June 2009 to September 2011. In November 2011, he served as a member of the Standing Committee of the Fujian Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission. Public information shows that Dai Daojin was born in February 1957 in Hanshou, Hunan Province. He started working in December 1977 and joined the Communist Party of China in December 1975. He graduated from the School of Business of Hunan University with a major in business administration. He has an in-service postgraduate degree and a master's degree in business administration. He was appointed as the vice governor of Hunan Province in November 2014 and the vice chairman of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference in 2017.

In January 2021, Dai Daojin stepped down as vice chairman of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference.

——Wang Yilin: Long-term friends with political scammers and being used by them

Upon investigation, it was found that Wang Yilin had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original aspiration and mission, made friends with political scammers for a long time and was used by them, and resisted organizational review; he disregarded the spirit of the Central Committee's eight regulations, accepted travel arranged by private business owners many times, and accepted gifts and money in violation of regulations; he violated organizational principles, did not truthfully explain the problems during organizational interviews and inquiries, and sought benefits for others in the recruitment of employees; he lost his integrity and condoned and acquiesced in his relatives using their power and influence to seek personal gain; he did not attach importance to family building, and failed to supervise and educate his spouse; he used public power as a tool to seek personal gain, engaged in power-for-money transactions, used his position to seek profits for others in job adjustments, project contracting, and business operations, and illegally accepted huge amounts of property.

He graduated from the Exploration Department of East China Petroleum Institute with a major in petroleum geology and exploration in 1982, and graduated from the Department of Earth Sciences of Petroleum University (Beijing) with a doctorate in mineral survey and exploration in 2002. In December 2003, he served as deputy general manager and member of the Party Leadership Group of China National Petroleum Corporation. In April 2011, he served as chairman and secretary of the Party Leadership Group of China National Offshore Oil Corporation. In May 2015, he served as chairman and secretary of the Party Leadership Group of China National Petroleum Corporation. In January 2020, Wang Yilin resigned and left CNPC.

On August 1, the website of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission released three news items at the same time: Long Fei, former member of the Party Leadership Group and head of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group of the State Grid Corporation of China, was expelled from the Party and removed from public office for serious violations of discipline and law; Hu Qiang, former member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, and Li Jiping, former member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the China Development Bank, were both expelled from the Party.

Long Fei, Hu Qiang and Li Jiping were investigated on February 5, February 21 and March 13 this year respectively.

——Long Fei: He engages in power-for-sex and money-for-sex transactions and has corrupt morals

Upon investigation, it was found that Long Fei had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original aspiration and mission, ignored the spirit of the Central Committee's eight regulations, and frequently accepted banquets, fitness and entertainment activities that may affect the impartial performance of his duties; he deviated from organizational requirements, did not truthfully explain the problems during organizational talks, failed to report personal matters in accordance with regulations, sought benefits for others and accepted property in the selection of cadres and recruitment of employees; he lost his integrity, accepted gifts and cash gifts in violation of regulations, borrowed large sums of money from those he managed and served, engaged in profit-making activities in violation of regulations, and engaged in power-for-sex and money-for-sex transactions; he was morally corrupt and decadent; he violated discipline in enforcing discipline and broke the law in enforcing it, used the power granted by the organization as a tool to seek personal gain, used his position to seek profits for others in job transfers, business operations, project contracting, etc., and illegally accepted huge amounts of property.

Public information shows that Hu Qiang, male, Han nationality, was born in March 1962 in Zaoqiang, Hebei. He started working in July 1985 and joined the party in February 1990. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics. He has served in Jiangxi Province for a long time. In 2003, he became the deputy director of the Jiangxi Provincial Department of Finance, and was promoted to director of the Department of Finance seven years later. In January 2018, Hu Qiang was appointed as the vice governor of Jiangxi Province. In January 2022, he was appointed as the vice chairman of the Jiangxi Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He resigned in January 2023 until he was investigated this time.

——Li Jiping: Engaging in superstitious activities; polluting the political environment

With the approval of the CPC Central Committee, the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission initiated an investigation into the serious violations of discipline and law by Li Jiping, former member of the Party Committee and Vice President of the China Development Bank.

Upon investigation, it was found that Li Jiping had lost his ideals and beliefs, betrayed his original aspiration and mission, and engaged in superstitious activities; he violated the spirit of the Central Committee's eight regulations and accepted banquets in violation of regulations; he violated organizational principles and wantonly interfered and intervened in the recruitment and promotion of employees in financial institutions, polluting the political environment; he lost his integrity and accepted gifts and money on a large scale, illegally owned shares in non-listed companies, and engaged in money and sex transactions; he alienated the public power granted by the Party and the people into a tool for personal gain, used his position to make profits for others in loan financing, business operations, etc., and illegally accepted huge amounts of property.

After research by the Standing Committee of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and approval by the CPC Central Committee, it was decided to expel Li Jiping from the party; cancel his benefits according to regulations; confiscate his illegal gains; and transfer his suspected criminal case to the procuratorate for examination and prosecution in accordance with the law, and transfer the relevant property together.

Public information shows that Li Jiping was born in 1955 in Dalian, Liaoning Province. He is a senior economist and worked at the head office of China Construction Bank in his early years.

Since March 1994, he has worked in the China Development Bank, serving as director of the Policy Research Office and president of the Sichuan Branch. From September 2008 to January 2016, he served as vice president of the China Development Bank.

Li Chunsheng was sentenced to 10 years

On July 31, the Intermediate People's Court of Chenzhou City, Hunan Province, publicly pronounced the first-instance verdict on the case of Li Chunsheng, former deputy secretary of the Party Leadership Group and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress, for taking bribes. The defendant Li Chunsheng was sentenced to ten years in prison for the crime of taking bribes and fined RMB 4 million. The property and interest obtained by Li Chunsheng from the crime of taking bribes were recovered according to law and turned over to the state treasury.

After trial, it was found that from the second half of 2001 to May 2022, the defendant Li Chunsheng used the convenience of his positions as the county magistrate and county party secretary of Xin County, Henan Province, deputy director of the Political Department of the Ministry of Public Security, director of the Personnel Training Bureau, deputy governor of Guangdong Province, director of the Provincial Public Security Department, deputy secretary and deputy director of the Party Group of the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress Standing Committee, and other positions, as well as the convenient conditions formed by his power or status, to provide assistance to relevant units and individuals in matters such as business operations, project promotion, engineering contracting, and job promotion, and illegally accepted property totaling more than RMB 79.4 million, some of which were not actually obtained. On November 26, 2022, Li Chunsheng took the initiative to surrender to the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission.

The Chenzhou Intermediate People's Court held that the defendant Li Chunsheng's behavior constituted the crime of accepting bribes, the amount of bribes was extremely huge, and the interests of the state and the people suffered extremely serious losses. In view of the fact that some of Li Chunsheng's bribery was attempted, he confessed his crimes truthfully after voluntarily surrendering himself, and took the initiative to explain most of the facts of bribery that the investigating authorities had not yet grasped, which constituted the circumstances of self-surrender; he reported the criminal behavior of others, which was verified to be true, which constituted the circumstances of meritorious service; he pleaded guilty and repented, actively returned the stolen money, and all the stolen money and property involved in the case have been recovered, and he can be given a lighter punishment according to law. The court then made the above judgment.

According to his public resume, Li Chunsheng was born in March 1961 in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. In May 2013, Li Chunsheng was appointed as the Vice Governor of Guangdong Province and Director of the Provincial Public Security Department.

In January 2021, Li Chunsheng was elected Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Guangdong Provincial People's Congress and resigned from his post as Vice Governor of Guangdong Province.

On December 8, 2022, Li Chunsheng was suspected of serious violations of discipline and law and voluntarily surrendered.
