With the release of Samsung's new foldable screen mobile phone, a lot of related leaked information about the subsequent S series flagship has begun to appear.

Now, the latest news has revealed the battery information of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra.

Related revelations show that Samsung's supply chain has begun producing components for the new S series flagship. Among them, the battery certification information of the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra was also exposed recently.

The certification document shows two batteries with slightly different model numbers, EB-BS938ABY and EB-BS938ABE.

It is not clear at present what the specific applications of the different batteries of these two models are, but relevant information shows that the new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will adopt a single-battery design instead of a dual-battery solution like the Galaxy Z series folding screen products.

At present, there is no definite news about the battery specifications of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. However, relevant news shows that Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will continue to use a 5000mAh battery capacity combined with a 45W fast charge battery life charging combination.

However, the certification information shows the supplier of the battery, Ningde Amperex Technology, which previously also supplied batteries for the Samsung Galaxy S24 series.

Existing information shows that CATL, Samsung SDI and ELENTEC have all supplied batteries for the Samsung Galaxy S24 series, but it is not yet clear whether the other two suppliers will also supply batteries for the Samsung Galaxy S25 series.

In addition, blogger @i冰宇宙 also revealed the storage specifications of Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra today. According to the leak, "Galaxy S25 Ultra 16GB confirmed."

For reference, the Galaxy S24 Ultra released this year offers three storage versions: 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, and 12GB+1TB.

That is to say, the new Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra will upgrade to 16GB of memory and bring higher storage specifications.

However, except for the highest-end super cup version, previous news has exposed the memory information of Samsung Galaxy S25.

According to previous reports, the new Samsung Galaxy S25 will start with 8GB of memory.

For reference, the previous Galaxy S21, Galaxy S22, Galaxy S23, and the Galaxy S24 launched this year all started with 8GB of memory. But in the earlier Galaxy S20 series, Samsung provided a starting memory of 12GB.

If Samsung still uses 8GB of starting memory in the next Galaxy S25 phone, it may lose some appeal to many users.

In addition, recent news has also mentioned that Samsung is expected to use silicon capacitors in the Exynos 2500 chip.

It is reported that silicon capacitors usually adopt a three-layer structure (metal/insulator/metal, MIM), which is ultra-thin and has properties close to semiconductors, and can better maintain stable voltage to cope with current changes. It has the advantages of low manufacturing cost, high reliability and small size.

At the same time, the preliminary mass production of the Exynos 2500 chip has been completed, and the official mass production is getting closer and closer. This new flagship chip is expected to be installed in the Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25+ phones.

But previous news has mentioned that based on the information shown in the IMEI database, Samsung may not bring the Galaxy S25+ model.

From this point of view, there are currently various reports about Samsung's subsequent Galaxy S25 series mobile phone model lineup, and the actual situation of the new products remains to be verified.
