The release date of MediaTek's new generation flagship chip, Dimensity 9400, is getting closer, and its first model is also attracting everyone's attention.

Yesterday, blogger @数码闲聊站 broke some information about the configuration of a new phone. Although the blogger did not specify the specific model of the phone, many people speculated that it was the vivo X200 standard version.

According to relevant information, the vivo X200 series will provide three models: standard version, Pro version and Ultra version, and will be the first to launch the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 processor and self-developed Blueprint image sensor.

It is understood that the Dimensity 9400 adopts a 3nm process and uses Cortex-X5, Cortex-X4 and Cortex-A7xx all-core designs. It has entered the tape-out stage and is expected to debut in October this year.

It is reported that the Blueprint image sensor adopts a 22nm process technology and integrates True-TCG HDR technology, which will improve the HDR preview and video shooting effects; and the introduction of VCS 3.0 technology and 1 billion parameter large model can further improve the speed and efficiency of image processing.

Vivo officially stated that based on this sensor and self-developed imaging chip, the shooting effects of the vivo X200 series in night scenes, portraits, telephoto and video scenes will be improved.

In terms of configuration, the vivo X200 will adopt a 6.4~6.5-inch 1.5K domestically customized four-narrow-edge screen, a rear 50Mp triple-camera including Sony customized ultra-large bottom main camera + 3X mid-bottom telephoto camera + ultra-wide-angle lens, and a built-in large-capacity high-density silicon battery.

The vivo X200 Pro will be equipped with a 6.7-inch 1.5K four-sided equal-depth micro-curved screen and support a single-point ultrasonic fingerprint solution; the rear camera will adopt a 50-megapixel full-focus triple-camera solution, and may be equipped with a 200-megapixel large-bottom periscope lens, built-in 6000 mAh battery, and support 100-watt fast charging.

For reference, the previous generation vivo X100 and X100 Pro are both equipped with Dimensity 9300 processor, equipped with a 6.78-inch Super Retina 8T eye-protection micro-curved screen, a resolution of 2800×1260, a refresh rate of 120Hz, a local peak brightness of 3000nit, and support for 2160Hz high-frequency dimming.

In terms of imaging, the vivo X100 has a 32-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel main camera + 64-megapixel telephoto + 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera on the back; it is equipped with self-developed imaging chip V2, built-in 5000mAh battery, and supports 120W flash charging.

The vivo X100 Pro has a 32-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel main camera + 50-megapixel telephoto camera + 50-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera on the back. It is equipped with the self-developed imaging chip V3, a built-in 5400mAh battery, and supports 100W wired flash charging.

From this, it can be seen that the two new vivo X200 and X200 Pro have improved performance and imaging, and are expected to be the first to support new functions such as image information tracing, new 3D image shooting, and humanistic camera. Compared with the initial price of 3,999 yuan of the previous generation, some adjustments may be made.

However, since the current relevant revelations are based on engineering machine testing, the actual configuration information and price of the new machine still have to wait for further official announcement.

As for the vivo X200 Ultra, it is reported that it will be equipped with a 2k equal-depth four-micro-curved screen, support AI portrait algorithm, and may be released together with next year's MR wearable device. Everyone can stay tuned.
