It is reported that the new high-performance automotive electronics MCU product CCFC3012PT that successfully passed the internal test of Guoxin Technology is a new generation of multi-core MCU chip developed based on the company's independent PowerPC architecture C*Core CPU core.

It is suitable for applications such as intelligent vehicle assisted driving, smart cockpits, and highly integrated domain controllers, and can better meet customers' application needs for higher computing power, higher information security levels, and higher functional safety levels.


The chip is developed and produced based on the 40nm eFlash process, and has 10 embedded CPU cores C3007, including 6 main cores and 4 lock-step cores. The CPU core pipeline adopts dual-issue, and the DMIPS performance reaches 2.29/MHz, which is 20% higher than the single core performance of the CCFC3007PT chip of the same series.

The chip has a built-in hardware security HSM module, supports international and national encryption algorithms such as Crypto/SM2/AES/SM4, and can support secure boot and OTA.

The chip is embedded with a variety of independent automotive standard communication interfaces, mainly including: supporting TSN protocol 100M/1000M Ethernet interface (1 channel), FlexRay (2 channels), Lin (12 channels, supporting LIN and UART), CANFD (12 channels) and external control interface eMIOS (32 channels), the latest version of the general timing processing unit GTM4 (96 channels), and serial communication interface DSPI (22 channels, supporting 4 MSCs).
