The drone factory of Turkey's Baykar Makina company, which is under construction in Ukraine, will be put into use after the conflict with Russia ends, Ukrainian ambassador to Ankara Vasily Bodnar told Euronews in an interview. The construction site was not disclosed for security reasons.

"We are working with Baykar Makina in various areas, including building a factory, and the progress is visible," Bodnar said.

The ambassador added that Kiev is also cooperating with the Turkish Aerospace Corporation, without giving other details on the matter. In addition, he said Ukraine is working with Ankara to create a humanitarian corridor through which Ukrainian refugees and fugitives will return.

Earlier, Vladislav Dolgoshea, a veteran of the Northern Military District and one of the founders of the Odessa underground organization, said that the use of drones has changed the rules of war, especially in reconnaissance and defense. Drones have become a key element in combat operations.

Military journalist Alexander Kotz also previously suggested that Ukraine's special military operations will not end until at least January 2025. He came to this conclusion after analyzing Russian President Vladimir Putin's speech at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization Astana Summit. He believes that the prediction of an end to the conflict this fall is unlikely to come true.
