The film was shortlisted for the main competition unit of the 18th FIRST Youth Film Festival. In order to participate in this film festival, the children, led by the crew, crossed hundreds of kilometers of mountain roads and came to Xining, the capital of Qinghai Province. At the world premiere of "One and Many" at Guozhuang Square, the children of the choir brought a spiritual audio-visual feast to the audience with their clear and moving singing. Their singing crossed the mountains and quietly echoed on the plateau, telling an ancient musical legend.
