after ten years of sharpening the sword, in 1995, "children's art teaching (kindergarten classes)" was published by shanghai people's fine arts publishing house, marking that changning branch's nearly 10 years of children's education practice and exploration have been recognized by society. the school began to publish a series of books on teaching and research results. in 1997, with the promulgation of the "regulations on running schools with social forces", changning branch became the first private educational institution with a school license and was officially renamed "shanghai changning district fine arts school".
1998—2014：

in 2008, the school moved to weining road and established weining campus. in 2014, changning fine arts school published a series of art education books such as "elegant streaming", "ambilight" and "colorful light" by shanghai education press, summarizing the school's more than 30 years of experience and concepts in art education.
2015—2024：

as the demand for art education in the new era diversifies, changning art school actively responds to society's demand for better art education and opens various professional art classrooms. the scale of the art school continues to expand.
in 2015, changning fine arts school established its gubei campus, which adopts high-quality small-class teaching and more international curriculum content to promote the diversified development of school education. in 2017, the number of students exceeded 10,000, and the zhongshan campus was established. the number of full-time and part-time teachers has increased to more than 200, and a full-time teacher team has been officially established to further improve the quality of teaching. in 2019, the jinshajiang campus was opened.
in 2021, facing the implementation of the national "double reduction" policy, the school adapted to social needs, carried out self-adjustment and transformation, and completed the formation of a full-time teacher team. currently, 96% of the more than 200 professional teachers have a bachelor's degree or above, including 33 teachers with master's degrees. we will focus more on accompanying the growth of students, adopt a new business and management model, welcome a new chapter in education, and continue to provide students with high-quality art education services. in the same year, the longbai campus was established and the teaching environment continued to be improved.
