"so when stock index futures are opened for the first time, on the basis of passing the futures basic knowledge test and 10 futures transactions within 3 years, if you deposit more than 500,000 on october 8th, you can start the capital verification. the capital verification will take a week, and the fastest will be october 15th. stock index futures will be opened and normal trading will begin on october 16," said a person from the futures company.
