perovskite solar cells have the unique advantages of high efficiency, low cost, and easy preparation, but there are also problems such as easy degradation of materials. at present, high-performance perovskite solar cells often rely on the additive methylammonium chloride during the preparation process. however, the additive is easily decomposed under high temperature conditions, significantly reducing the operating stability of the battery under high-temperature conditions and becoming a constraint for high-performance perovskite solar cells. the main obstacle to the commercialization process of mining photovoltaics. facspbi3 alloy perovskite has high phase state and chemical stability, and theoretically does not need to rely on the additive methylammonium chloride. however, the performance and operating stability of facspbi3 perovskite solar cells prepared by traditional methods are far below theoretical expectations.
professor yuan mingjian's team developed a new in-situ crystallization kinetics control strategy, and finally achieved the controllable preparation of high-quality methylammonium chloride-free facspbi3 perovskite films. perovskite solar cell devices prepared using this strategy demonstrate world-class energy conversion efficiency and high-temperature operating stability. authoritatively certified by the fujian national photovoltaic industry measurement center and the shanghai institute of microsystems and information technology of the chinese academy of sciences, the device's steady-state energy conversion efficiency has reached the highest level of official perovskite solar cells currently, setting the stage for a new generation of perovskite solar cells. battery technology development empowerment.
