according to statistics from the online car-hailing supervision information interaction system, as of august 31, 2024, a total of 359 online car-hailing platform companies across the country have obtained online car-hailing platform operating licenses, an increase of 3 from the previous month; a total of 729.5 online car-hailing driver licenses have been issued in various places. 10,000 copies and 3.101 million vehicle transportation certificates, an increase of 1.9% and 1.6% respectively from the previous month. the online ride-hailing regulatory information interaction system received a total of 1.029 billion order information in august, an increase of 1.6% month-on-month. judging from the situation this month, it has the following characteristics:

1. among the top 10 platforms by order volume, the order compliance rates (referring to the proportion of orders in which both drivers and vehicles are licensed) from high to low are xianhua travel, xiangdao travel, and ruqi travel , timely use of cars, xixing ride-hailing, caocao travel, t3 travel, sunshine travel, didi travel, huaxiaozhu travel. the top three order compliance rate increases this month are xiangdao travel, huaxiaozhu travel, and didi chuxing; the bottom three order compliance rate increases are ruqi travel (-2.8%), sunshine travel (-3.9%), xixing car hailing (-5.8%).

among them, platforms that provide services to passengers and jointly provide services with online ride-hailing platform companies (commonly known as "aggregation platforms") completed 281 million orders, a month-on-month increase of 7.1%. the order compliance rates from high to low are hua xiaozhu travel, didi chuxing, amap taxi, ctrip yongche, baidu taxi, tencent travel, and meituan taxi.

2. among the major central cities, ranked from high to low by order compliance rate are guangzhou, qingdao, hangzhou, guiyang, xiamen, fuzhou, jinan, chongqing, zhengzhou, nanning, shenzhen, ningbo, tianjin, chengdu, and shijiazhuang , haikou, nanjing, xi'an, changsha, wuhan, lanzhou, hefei, nanchang, xining, taiyuan, changchun, hohhot, lhasa, yinchuan, kunming, harbin, shanghai, dalian, shenyang, beijing, and urumqi. among them, orders in 21 cities including guangzhou, qingdao, hangzhou, guiyang, xiamen, fuzhou, jinan, chongqing, zhengzhou, nanning, shenzhen, ningbo, tianjin, chengdu, shijiazhuang, haikou, nanjing, xi'an, changsha, wuhan and lanzhou are compliant the rates are all above 80%. the top three places with order compliance rate growth this month are xining, kunming, and lhasa; the bottom three places with growth are nanjing (-3.7%), hangzhou (-4.1%), and shenzhen (-4.4%).
