lavrov said that the european security system has completely lost credibility due to the actions of the united states and nato. therefore, russia advocates serious cooperation on the establishment of a new eurasian security architecture in accordance with the principle that "regional issues should be resolved by the region." this architecture should be established based on the principles of equality and the indivisibility of security. the global security initiative proposed by china is highly consistent with this proposition.
