the first is to strengthen open cooperation in technology, accelerate the cultivation of new productive forces, and create a new engine for high-quality development. china telecom adheres to the core of scientific and technological innovation, defines the four major technical directions of "network, cloud and cloud-network integration, artificial intelligence, and quantum/security", continues to strengthen key core technology research, and comprehensively completes the layout of seven strategic emerging businesses. cooperate with top scientific research institutes and technology companies at home and abroad, give full play to their respective advantages, and carry out in-depth technical exchanges and cooperation in multiple fields. by creating an "xinliang" integrated intelligent computing platform and fully supporting tongzhi's unified scheduling of multiple heterogeneous computing powers, tianyi cloud, as a national cloud, has fully entered a new stage of intelligent cloud development. grasping the development direction of artificial intelligence, we self-developed the xingchen large-model product matrix covering speech, semantics, and visual multi-modalities. it was the first in the world to launch a service that directly connects mobile phones to satellites, playing an important role in emergency communications support such as emergency rescue and disaster relief. quantum secure communication is developing rapidly, and quantum computing is becoming practical.
the second is to strengthen open cooperation in applications, promote the deep integration of data and reality, and stimulate new momentum for high-quality development. china telecom relies on its abundant cloud network resources, massive data and application scenario advantages to create a new model of industrial digital development and comprehensively promote the deep integration of "5g+cloud+ai+applications" with traditional industries. fully open scenarios, jointly with industry partners to promote the in-depth application of large models, launch more than 40 industry large models for new industrialization, emergency, education, medical and other vertical fields, promote the digital, intelligent, green transformation of thousands of industries, and continuously meet the needs of the people’s yearning for a better new digital life.
