li tao:during the evolution of the cockpit, as voice technology matures, some voice capabilities are grafted into the cockpit to improve the efficiency and convenience of user operations and provide access to some functions. but in fact, it is difficult for such a cockpit to understand and meet the user's deepest needs. i think the past idea of simply grafting some capabilities into the cockpit needs to be changed. we now focus more on forward design based on large models, rather than constantly cutting and inserting this technology into it bit by bit.
the ultimate form of the cockpit will be a car-side intelligent agent, which has its own understanding and learning capabilities, and can automatically provide users with situational awareness and services.
shell finance:in terms of smart cockpits, it is hot to put large models into cars, but they have not yet been commercialized on a large scale and are only at the display level. when do you expect large-scale models to be put on the market?
li tao:i think the big model getting on the car is not in the future tense, but in the present continuous tense. jiyue 01 is fully equipped with large models. in addition, we have upgraded the overall brand of baidu's smart cockpit to the apollo super cockpit. baidu's sixth-generation autonomous vehicle of luobo kuaishou will soon be equipped with a super cockpit intelligent body. on this car, you can see the entire large model. driven by automated welcome and automated car control, it is a new experience of taking care of and caring for different groups of people.
