altman plans to invest us$7 trillion (it home note: currently about 48.94 trillion yuan) to build 36 new chip manufacturing factories and data centers to promote the development of artificial intelligence. however, tsmc executives believe that this plan is too radical and extremely risky. adding a few more chip manufacturing plants is already extremely risky because there is so much money involved, let alone 36.
