in the guomao bridge area, the reporter saw rectangular flower boxes planted with pink hydrangeas or red poinsettias hanging on the guardrails of the bridges on the four-way main road that turns east, west, south, and north in both directions, turning left and right. the scenery along the road was endless. the flower boxes in xinxingqiao district and muxidiqiao district feature festive purple bougainvillea. according to liu mingxing, in addition to fully considering the needs of urban landscape, the flower boxes are also set up through scientific construction to ensure safety and firmness, such as using saddle-type or side-mounted planting troughs and fully fixing them with bridge columns, retaining walls, etc.
