"some of the protective fences did not reach a height of 1.2 meters, and there were omissions in some places, which made them unable to play a protective role. they need to be rectified as soon as possible." wang xiaoyi, deputy captain of the third law enforcement team of the chaoyang district urban management and law enforcement bureau, said that the construction site must strictly implement the "ten hundred percent" requirements, have a sense of red lines and safety during the construction process, carry out project construction management work in an orderly manner, standardize the supervision management process, and ensure that the water conservancy project is completed on time and with quality.
it is understood that since july 1 this year, all administrative penalty powers and related administrative inspection powers and administrative enforcement powers exercised by the original water affairs department have been transferred to the urban management law enforcement department. a total of 463 administrative law enforcement powers in the water affairs field that are transferred to the urban management law enforcement department include 15 aspects such as water resources, water environment, and water conservation. since the transfer of water affairs powers, the chaoyang district urban management law enforcement bureau has handled more than 10 clue transfers and public reports, filed 18 cases for punishment, imposed a fine of 45,000 yuan, ordered the rectification of more than 30 problems and hidden dangers, and persuaded and educated more than 30 people.
