automobile human-computer interaction design is not only related to the user experience of the car, but also to people's travel safety and quality of life. this year's "core innovation cup" future automobile human-computer interaction design competition for colleges and universities is designed to conform to this development trend. when designing the competition topic, it focuses on adding the "flying car human-computer interaction design" direction.
according to the theme of the competition, each participating team explored solutions to new problems faced by intelligent car interaction design in the subdivisions of intelligent perception sensors, intelligent control cockpits, aerial driving, and robot teleportation. among them, the work of the hunan information vocational and technical college team is "design of intelligent assistance system for safe driving". the work designs the intelligent assistance system for safe driving into four parts, namely the steering wheel hands-off monitoring module, the blind spot monitoring and self-cleaning monitoring module, the driver emotion monitoring module, and the safety information visualization reminder module. among them, the driver emotion monitoring module is mainly used to dissuade road rage behavior. according to the design of the work, when the camera detects that the driver has impatient road rage behavior, it will issue a verbal warning and play some sounds or music that can calm the driver down, such as audio of the driver's lover, children or parents, to calm the driver down with the sound of love.
the entry submitted by the hunan university team is "exploring the secrets of the old town in deep alleys - local humanistic travel plan for single person". the design is to equip the car used by travelers with an ai-assisted driving system, use the built-in navigation system to plan the best route, customize the personalized setting function, and build in a cultural experience function in the vehicle, so that the car becomes a small tour guide to lead the driver to experience the local customs and culture.
the "core innovation cup" competition is jointly sponsored by the automotive electronics industry committee of the china computer industry association (formerly the automotive electronics industry alliance) and ccid media, and co-organized by many well-known domestic universities. it has been successfully held four times in 2019, 2021, 2022, and 2023. this competition was officially launched in march 2024. after the college auditions and preliminary selections, 50 outstanding teams from universities such as south china university of technology, hunan university, chongqing university, hefei university of technology, and anhui university were successfully shortlisted for the "core innovation cup" competition finals held at the "2024 world computing conference". they are divided into undergraduate and higher vocational groups, and fierce competitions are carried out online and offline.
