in response to the problems found in this national product quality supervision and random inspection, the state administration for market regulation requires all relevant provincial market supervision departments to take measures such as sealing and seizure in accordance with the law for unqualified products, and strictly prohibit production and sales; for the production and sales units of unqualified products, it is necessary to clarify the rectification requirements, strictly supervise the implementation of rectification measures, and organize re-inspections in a timely manner. for those who fail to meet the standards in two consecutive random inspections, on-site inspections and follow-up inspections should be carried out, and they should be dealt with seriously in accordance with the law and implemented key supervision. if the illegal acts are suspected of crimes, they should be transferred to judicial organs in a timely manner.
