since may 2019, zhu xiaoyan has served as the financial director and secretary of the board of directors of kerry group. in 2023, she received an annual salary of 228,000 yuan before tax from kerry group.

on august 29, 2023, kaired received a "notice of case filing" issued by the china securities regulatory commission, which showed that because the company was suspected of violating laws and regulations on information disclosure, the china securities regulatory commission decided to file a case against the company in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

as of august 28, 2024, the csrc's investigation is still ongoing, and kerry has not received any conclusive opinions or decisions on the above-mentioned case.
