on september 28, the "2024 beijing autumn large-scale on-site job fair and beijing-tianjin-hebei, shanxi, inner mongolia and shandong regional cooperation conference" was held at the china international exhibition center.
this recruitment activity adopts the model of "on-site recruitment + live broadcast + online special session", bringing together 200 high-quality employers such as china automotive industry engineering co., ltd., beijing guoneng guoyuan energy technology co., ltd., and tsinghua aerospace (beijing) technology co., ltd., providing more than 10,000 jobs. six special recruitment areas in different regions and fields are set up on site to build a precise matching platform for job seekers and employers.
to improve the effectiveness of recruitment, job seekers can scan the appointment qr code to see the posted job positions in advance; fill in their employment intentions to accurately match job positions; and by collecting their favorite positions, they can generate a "personalized job list" to achieve job matching first and on-site recruitment later, effectively improving on-site matching efficiency.
