it is understood that the 2024 guangde iron cube ironcube super triathlon has set up multiple groups such as 226km, 113km, 51.5km, and 15.4km. at the same time, several age groups are set up according to different age groups. the contestants will go through three competition stages: swimming, cycling, and running. swimming across the wuliang river, galloping through the bamboo sea of jishan mountain, and walking to enjoy the magnificent scenery of tongli. the swimming track of the 2024 guangde iron cube ironcube super triathlon is set in the wuliang river, the cycling track is cycling around guangde's most beautiful "bamboo village gallery", and the running track is all along the core greenway of the urban area. while competing, the contestants can also enjoy the most beautiful scenery of guangde.

the "ironman" triathlon is an all-around challenge that combines swimming, cycling and running. it is attracting more and more players with its unique charm. after fierce competition, anhui local player zhu lichang won the 226km men's championship with a time of 8 hours, 54 minutes and 10 seconds. not only did he successfully defend his title, but he also improved his time by 5 minutes and 36 seconds compared to last year. xu lang won the 226km women's 40-44 age group championship with a time of 10 hours, 24 minutes and 32 seconds. li pengcheng won the 113km men's championship with a time of 4 hours, 3 minutes and 50 seconds, and jiang dongmei won the 113km women's championship with a time of 5 hours, 7 minutes and 37 seconds.
it is reported that this competition is the largest triathlon event in the country with the largest number of participants this year, and it also provides guangde triathlon players with the opportunity to compete with elite athletes.
