the scammers guide the victims to contact the "cancellation center" through qq, telephone, etc. to close this service online, and ask the victims to transfer the funds in their bank accounts or loans applied for on the online lending platform to a designated account on the grounds of "account verification" and "capital verification".

step 3: induce continuous transfers
subsequently, the "cancellation center" used reasons such as "operational error" and "review failure" to trick victims into continuously transferring money to designated accounts until their wallets were emptied.
