moreover, intel's market value exceeds $90 billion, but as of june 23 this year, qualcomm only had about $7.77 billion in cash and cash equivalents, so analysts expect thatthe deal will be financed primarily through stock, which will severely dilute qualcomm investors' holdings and may raise some concerns.

analysts also pointed out that qualcomm lacks the necessary experience to promote intel's emerging foundry business.
