beijing jiaotong university holds 2024 alumni homecoming conferencevisit the school history museum, gymnasium, computer virtual simulation experiment, mechanical museum, physics laboratory... in order to welcome alumni, beijing jiaotong university carefully arranged a check-in route and prepared customized t-shirts, postcards, cartoon dolls and other homecoming souvenirs and special meal tickets for alumni. each college also organized alumni tea parties, welcome parties, seminars, celebration meetings and other activities on the day of homecoming.
yu zujun, president and deputy secretary of the party committee of beijing jiaotong university, expressed his gratitude to the alumni for their long-term support for their alma mater, and said he looked forward to working with the alumni to write a new chapter of "development community" and contribute to the construction of a distinctive, world-class university.yang jun, an alumnus of the school of mechanical and electrical engineering from the 1984 class, fondly recalled his experience of studying and working in his alma mater, and expressed that he would continue to uphold the school motto of "knowledge and action" and carry forward the glorious tradition of "remembering the source of one's water, loving the country and honoring the school."
during the homecoming event, the beijing jiaotong university "1896" alumni wall donation project was officially launched. alumni can make donations and leave their own exclusive plaques on the alumni wall.
