cairo, september 21 (xinhua) -- khartoum: sudanese non-governmental organization "sudan doctors network" issued a statement on the 21st saying that a conflict broke out between the sudanese armed forces and the sudan rapid support forces in el fasher, the capital of north darfur state, that day, killing 11 people, including 3 children, and injuring 17 others.
