on september 21, bosera fund issued an announcement regarding changes in board members, with six original board members withdrawing and eight new board members being added.
the announcement shows that the term of the eighth board of directors has expired. after deliberation and approval at the second meeting of the company's shareholders' meeting in 2024, jiang xiangyang, li delin, zhang dong, luo li, guo zhijun, fang ouhua, zou yuexian, lu haitian and zhang bohui were elected as directors of the company's ninth board of directors. yu zhiliang, ma boyin, zhao wenwu, jiang lijun, zhao rubing and song zizhou, former members of the eighth board of directors, will no longer serve as directors of the company.
the reporter found that except for chairman jiang xiangyang, the other eight directors are all new members. one of the new directors, zhang dong, officially took office as the general manager of bosera fund on may 24, 2024.
wind data shows that as of the end of the second quarter, the net asset value of bosera fund totaled 1,077.595 billion yuan, ranking sixth among public fund institutions. among them, the scale of non-monetary funds was 571.644 billion yuan, and the scale of bond funds was 411.468 billion yuan.
