yiruletu, head of the inner mongolia federation of literary and art exchange group, said in his speech that "ulanmuqi" means "red buds" in mongolian and "red literary and artistic light cavalry" in chinese. he believes that through this activity, more people can closely experience the contemporary style of ulanmuqi, the rich ethnic customs of china's border areas, and the infinite charm of china's excellent traditional culture.

the event was jointly organized by the chinese embassy in the philippines, the china federation of literary and art circles, and the federation of filipino chinese associations in the philippines, and hosted by the inner mongolia federation of literary and art circles. philippine foreign affairs undersecretary de vega, philippine presidential special envoy for trade, investment and tourism to china xu zhijun, and federation of filipino chinese associations chairman cai yongning and other people from all walks of life attended the event. a photography exhibition with the theme of "impression of inner mongolia" was also held at the event site.
