according to wang ke, deputy director of taoranting park, this exhibition is the autumn exhibition of the park's four-season series of exhibitions in spring, summer, autumn and winter, and 37 representative works by painter guo meimao have been selected. he is good at flower and bird painting, and integrates western painting techniques on the basis of traditional techniques. his works are profound in meaning, impactful in brushwork and color, full of passion, and have distinct artistic characteristics.
this time, guo mei'ao also created a chrysanthemum painting for the chrysanthemum exhibition being prepared by taoranting park. "i hope that this exhibition will bring aesthetic enjoyment to citizens and tourists, let everyone feel the beauty of the motherland and the achievements of ecological civilization construction from the pictures, and enhance their pride in national culture."
the exhibition will last until the end of october, and the first floor of the waterside pavilion will be open to the public from 9:00 to 16:30 every day.
